Mr. Henry Briceno is a bilingual teacher at Manor Elementary ISD. He was born in Venezuela, Caracas, but has resided in the United States for the last 25 years. He is happily married and has two children Oliver (3 years) and Oliany (14 years). He got his bachelor degree from Universidad Adventista de las Antillas in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Then he moved to USA and finished his first Master degree in Accounting from Texas State University. Then, when he starting working as a substitute in Austin ISD, he discovered that being a teacher was something very special and wanted to become a teacher. Then the opportunity presented itself for a Master in Bilingual Education and get the teacher certification. To reach that goal, again he went to Texas State University in San Marcos his alma matter. He graduated and received his second Master degree in Bilingual Education. After his graduation started working as a certified teacher in Austin ISD for five years before coming to Manor ISD. he likes to ride bicycle and likes to go to the beach.
